Component health is computed when you load this page, never cached. Delivery figures cover
the last hour and count only failures that are ours or our upstream provider's — a
subscriber uninstalling an app is not an outage, and counting it as one would leave every
healthy platform permanently in the red.
One caveat worth stating: the check runs inside the system it reports on.
It can tell you a delivery channel is failing. It cannot tell you the API is down — if it
were, this page would say so at the top rather than loading at all. For that, the honest
signal is whether this page can reach us.
